For Fully Custom Brands, I typically say to expect a timeline of 3 to 6 months. However, depending on each client's specific needs, this can change quite a bit. For Small Batch Brands, I complete these in 1 to 2 weeks since they have fewer components. Brand Audits are conducted in 1 hour segments and additional sessions can be added based on how much time you need.

Due to the digital nature of these projects, I do not offer refunds and very rarely offer discounts. I create proprietary content which will be different for each client. Furthermore, please understand that graphic design is a subjective field. While I do my very best to meet your standards at every point, we may naturally encounter differences.
