Thrive Causemetics is a makeup company on a mission to change the beauty industry for good. Every purchase made contributes to one of the 550+ non-profit partners that they support across the US.

Their mascara went viral recently, and while they produce great products, their branding remained lack luster. Their brand felt very basic, relying mostly on a teal color, a swash texture, and a generic thin line font. 

I wanted to keep the new brand true to the personality and values they’d already built, but elevated and more current. I noticed that aside from their signature teal, they were playing with some purple and other jewel tones. I reimagined the swash texture and made it more cohesive with the rest of the brand suite. And I wanted to expand the brand and give them more to work with so I created a couple different logo lockups, a submark, and a custom pattern.
